OEM TD5 Injector Harness & Rocker Gasket – AMR6103G

Oil ingress in your TD5 ECU? Left unattended this can cause all sorts of running issues and damage to the ECU, as the old injector harnesses could pass oil through the cables into the engine harness and back to the ECU plug. These should almost be considered a service item and it's well worth inspecting the plugs for oil contamination.

Luckily the fix is simple. These OEM harness sit just under the rocker cover and clip straight into place. The rocker cover gasket is supplied with our harnesses too, but the semi-circular cut out at the back of the rocker shaft on the heads does differ. Earlier 10P cylinder heads are smaller, the later 15P head has a larger cut-out in the head. These changed at the 2001-2002 chassis number cross over but as earlier vehicles are having later heads installed its worth checking exactly what you have. If you are unsure please get in touch.
