Empire Discovery 2 Intercooler – TD5

One of the best modifications that can be made to your tuned TD5 is to let it breathe better through a high flow intercooler. However not all intercoolers are made equal. Made in the UK, our intercoolers are designed to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity in all manors of uses and driving styles. These are fully tested to 4 Bar to ensure they will not fail under the most extreme of conditions.

That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser (terms apply) With a 340mm tall matrix our intercoolers are built to offer the best performance for your car while still fitting in the original manufactures location, providing cooler, denser air into the cylinders and allowing for more power to be extracted from the engine. Aside from  remapping the ECU to ensure the best use of the additional cooler air our intercooler can provide, these require no other modification to fit, but we’d recommend checking clearance if you’re running a closely fitted winch on the off road vehicles (this cooler DOES fit aircon vehicles)

Please note, this will NOT fit automatic vehicles as they run a gearbox oil cooler which is situated to the bottom of the rad. On some ROW manual vehicles this oil cooler is fitted as well. So before ordering please make sure that this isn't present.
